Subscription terms

Effective Date: August 20, 2026

PricingTerms of Service

These Subscription Terms apply when you buy a Toque Play paid plan on the web. They sit alongside the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. There is no free trial.

By starting checkout and confirming that you accept these terms, you agree to pay the selected plan and to the rules below.

1. Plans

Paid plans are weekly, monthly, or yearly, billed in US dollars. Any active paid plan gives the same access: every exercise after the first one in each rhythm, more than one instrument, and future paid catalog features we include in the subscription. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for new purchases; your current period stays at the price you paid until renewal.

The free plan includes the first exercise of every rhythm on one instrument, calibration, and Sandbox. Progress on those first exercises is kept if you later subscribe.

2. Auto-renewal and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe. Receipts, failed-payment notices, and renewal reminders come from Stripe to your account email. We do not send a second receipt from Toque Play.

3. Cancellation and access

Cancel in the app (Profile) or in the Stripe customer portal. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal to avoid that charge. After you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of the current paid period, then the account returns to the free plan.

Deleting your Toque Play account does not by itself cancel Stripe billing. Cancel the subscription first, or use the billing portal.

4. Digital content and withdrawal

Paid access starts as soon as payment is confirmed. If consumer law in your country gives a cooling-off period for digital content, checkout asks you to agree that performance begins immediately and that you waive that withdrawal right for this purchase. If you do not agree, do not complete payment.

5. Refunds

Charges are generally non-refundable once the period has started, except where the law requires otherwise or we choose to refund a specific case. Contact us if a charge looks wrong.

Questions about billing: use the contact form or the email on the Contact page.
